Timing of product shipment
We will ship your order within 3 business days of confirming your order (or after confirming your payment if you paid in advance). If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

Return of luggage due to customer reasons
If a package is returned for reasons related to the customer, such as the expiration of the storage period at our office, an incorrect address entered when placing an order, or refusal to accept the package, we will arrange for it to be reshipped after charging our store's specified reshipment fee (700 yen).
